About the Company

National Plan Manager (NPM) is located in Hervey Bay on the beautiful Fraser Coast – QLD.

We registered with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in 2018 as plan managers, partnering with Drew Stephenson Pty. Ltd. to commence delivering support to Fraser Coast locals. Our reputation quickly became that of being the leading plan managers in our region. This lead us to the decision of creating a stand alone company, wholly focused on NDIS plan management, hence the birth of NPM in early 2019.

We are locally owned and operated, providing NDIS Plan Management services to people with a disability not only on the Fraser Coast but Australia wide.

NPM has a dedicated team to pay your invoices, assist with managing your budget, and liaise with your preferred providers to help navigate the NDIS.

While you are working towards achieving your NDIS goals, NPM will look after paying your providers for their services. We proactively assist with managing your NDIS budget, and we support your providers in understanding the NDIS to help you receive and maintain the supports you need.

When will my providers get paid?

One of the reasons for our reputation as the leading plan management provider in our region is fast turn-around of payments. NPM are processing and paying invoices every business day. This means your providers are receiving their payments on average within 2-3 business days from us receiving their invoice.

can i check invoices before they are paid?

Absolutely! We can provide you with access to a free app (available on both Apple and Android devices) that allows you to view your invoices as we enter them in our system. You then have the option to approve or reject these invoices!

The app can also be used to view your NDIS budget in real time without needing to log into the NDIS portal.

How much will it cost me to receive plan management services?

Our services will never cost you a cent out of your own pocket! This support is completely funded by the NDIS as long as your plan contains the necessary category (CB Choice & Control/Improved Life Choices).

If you do not have this category, but you wish to have a plan manager assist with managing the financial administration burden of your NDIS plan, you just need to ask your LAC/Planner either during your next review meeting or whenever you are ready to make the change.

so how can i start receiving plan management from NPM?

It’s easy, there are only 2 simple steps:

1. Contact us to request a service agreement via your preferred method (email, post, or a face to face appointment). If this is your first plan, or if you are unsure how to use your allocated funding, we would recommend a face to face appointment (this can also be completed via video call).

2. Fill in the necessary information and sign the service agreement, then return it to us and we’ll look after the rest!
